Method
• Wash While butterfish, remove its scales and make 4 slits on it.
• Place ½ of Black Mushroom, Ham and Young ginger into deed plate and put Butterfish on top. Place Ham, Black mushroom and bamboo shoot into slits of Butterfish pour Soup stock and cover. Cook on Microwave HIGH for 5 minutes and after cook, pour Chinese Gravy serve hot.

Method
• Mix Chinese tapioca flour and water together.
• Put Sunflower oil and Ginger into casserole uncover. Cook on Microwave HIGH for 1 minute.
• Add in Soup stock, Oyster oil, light soy sauce and Pepper powder stir well. Cook on Microwave HIGH for 2 minutes.
• Add in [1] stir well and uncover. Cook on Microwave HIGH 30 second.
